Tony Forberg

Tony ForbergTony Forberg has been practicing law in Southern California since 1994, in both State and Federal Courts. He has represented both individual, and corporate clients in variety of cases, including real estate, business disputes, partnership disputes, collections, bankruptcy, personal injury, and civil litigation. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was self-employed, and ran successful children furnishing and bedding company, manufacturing and selling various children’s furnishing throughout U.S. retailers.

Throughout the years, Tony has accumulated years of experience in jury and non-jury trials, including criminal cases, mold litigation, real estate disputes, constructions defects, business litigation, partnership disputes, and personal injury.

In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Tony also has years of experience in drafting corporate formation documents, including real estate purchase sale agreements, oversee escrow transactions, business buy sell agreements. Tony’s extensive litigation background, coupled with his extensive transactional skills, makes him a resource to his client.

Education

Tony received his B.A. in Economics from California State University Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctor from Wester State University, College of Law in May 1994. He was sworn in, and admitted in California Supreme Court in December 1994. Tony is also admitted in United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Languages

Tony speaks Armenian, French, and Farsi.

Tony is an active member of Armenian Bar Association, and in his free time enjoys photography, hiking, travel, RVing, and backpacking with his children.
